Troy and Laura (Deckinger) Rowe of York, are parents of a son, Devin Nicholas Rowe, born at 7:54 p.m., August 30, 2008 at York General Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds and was 19 inches long. Grandparents are Gary and Sharron Rowe of York, Luella Deckinger of Lincoln and the late John Deckinger. Great-grandparents are Marguerite Samuelson of McCook and Pauline Deckinger of Falls City. Siblings are Brittany and Ashlee and the late Brandi.
