Engagement, Goertzen - Meyer

Planning an Aug. 30, 2008 wedding at St. John Lutheran Church in Seward are Michelle Lee Goertzen and Kellen Michael Meyer.
Michelle is the daughter of Kirk and Sharon Goertzen of Hampton. She graduated from Hampton High School and is a 2008 graduate of Doane College in Crete with degrees in Accounting and Business Finance. She is a member of Omega Psi Theta sorority, has been chair of the Doane College Relay For Life and works at First State Bank in Lincoln as an Internal Auditor.
Kellen is the son of Mike and Rhonda Meyer of Seward. He graduated from Seward High School and is a 2008 graduate of the University of Nebraska in Lincoln with a degree in Ag Business. He is a member of Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity and NAMA (National Agri-Marketing Association) and works for Syngenta Seeds as a Technical Product Specialist.
The couple will live on an acreage near Branched Oak Lake at Raymond.
