Shawn and Erin (Stineman) Rogers of Kemmerer, Wyo., (formerly of Utica, are parents of a son, Cole Marshall Rogers, born July 5, 2008. He weighed 6 pounds 15 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. Grandparents are John and Carmen Stineman of Utica, Pam Rogers of Chadron and Roy and Gwen Rogers of Grapevine, Texas. Great-grandmothers are Norma Rhone of Cozad and Alrene Rogers of Mercedes, Texas.
