YORK – During a plea in abatement hearing held Monday afternoon in District Court, Joseph Palansky’s attorney argued that her client never intended to hurt anyone and he didn’t threaten anyone when he displayed a gun and a knife at the Henderson Hospital.

Polansky, 30, of Sutton, was taken into custody in July after he allegedly threatened a nurse and said he was going to harm a particular doctor who was not at the hospital that night.
