The opening number of “Survivor Babylon” includes a song with motions choreographed by Blair Suddarth. Performing at Thursday afternoon’s dress rehearsal at Emmanuel-Faith were; Marshall Buss (foreground), Madison Shockey (back row left) and Joanna Lin. Special guests at the afternoon performance were students from Larsen Christian Academy, St. Joseph’s Catholic School, family and friends.

Things in Babylon were going along just fine until trouble makers Shadrach (Hannah Georges), Meshach (Kennedy Cool) and Abendego (Kaytlyn Schmidt) showed up and refused to bow down to King Nebuchadnezzar (Ciera Wilkinson).
The operetta is under the direction of Mrs. Lynette Naber, with assistance from Mrs. Heather Haug. Seventh grader Blair Suddarth served as choreographer.
Emmanuel-Faith Lutheran kindergarten through second grades will present this classic Bible story Friday, May 9 at 7 p.m. in the school gymnasium.
