Hampton, NE —

HAMPTON — Hampton Lutheran kids took to the stage Wednesday morning for one final dress rehearsal. Under the direction of “Mrs. C” otherwise known as Mrs. Jean Carnoali students ran through their end of the year musical “Joseph: From the Pit to the Palace, a ‘STOMP’ Musical” one last time.
The upbeat musical about the life of Joseph is told by students in a “This Is Your Life” setting. The performance offers an insight to how God worked and helped Joseph throughout his life.
Assisting Mrs. Carnoali with the production are: Mrs. Gloystein, Mrs. Bankson, Mrs. Gretch, Mary Roehrs, Ervin and Diana Schulze and Angie Wall. Roehrs, along with other parents costumed the actors.
It’s clear kids enjoy performing songs like “It’s the Pits,” “Going, going, gone” and “I Just Want to Praise” accompanied by the STOMP band.
The high energy production will be presented tonight, Thursday, May 15 and tomorrow night, Friday, May 16 at 7 p.m. in the Hampton City Auditorium.
