• Driving under suspension/before reinstatement — Arturo O. Bautista, Sutton, sentenced to 45 days jail, driver’s license revoked one year. Also no operator’s license, sentenced to 45 days jail, to be served concurrently. Also violation of a stop or yield sign, fined $75.
• Driving under suspension/before reinstatement — Michelle J. Hooper, Lincoln, sentenced to seven days jail, given credit for seven days already served, driver’s license revoked one year. Also failure to use a child passenger restraint, fined $25.
• Possession of an open alcohol container — Anastasia J. McCue, Kearney, fined $50. Also no valid registration, fined $25. Also failure to appear or comply, fined $75.

Traffic violations
