• Friday at 10:46 a.m., report that a dog was wrapped up in a chain on N. McKaig Ave.
• Friday at 10:56 a.m., report of possible child abuse.
• Friday at 12:15 p.m., report that someone failed to pay for fuel on N. Lincoln Ave.
• Friday at 12:54 p.m., report that someone failed to pay for fuel on N. Lincoln Ave.
• Friday at 2:22 p.m., received a request to check on the welfare of an elderly woman on E. Ninth St.
