Lawsuit filed regarding fatality accident

Epworth purchases AEDs thanks to "Big Give"

Andrew Spanjers finishes OCS

Second Lieutenant Andrew Spanjers of York was commissioned in the U.S. Army on July 10, 2008 at Fort Benning, Ga., after graduating from Officer Candidate School. Spanjers has been assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division (Mechanized) at Fort Benning.

Hearing postponed in insanity case

A hearing was supposed to be held this week in York County District Court, regarding the future longterm treatment for Gilbert Hendricks, formerly of McCool Junction. That, however, was postponed, due to motions filed by Hendricks’ attorney.
