OSCEOLA — The host Bulldogs won one and lost one in triangular volleyball Thursday.
Osceola beat Shelby 25-22, 27-25, but lost to the Scouts of David City, 25-19, 25-23.
The evening moved Osceola’s season mark to 5-9.
In the win over Shelby, Jamie Branting led in kills with eight on 11-13 hitting. Terra Micek was 9-14 on the attack with three kills. Lexi Hansen added two. Michelle Wilgocki was 45-47 with 13 assists. Branting had two blocks and Lindsay Peterson seven digs. Micek added five digs against the Huskies. Branting and Brandi Johansen had two aces serves each.
Against David City it was eight, seven and five kills for Alex Hayes, Johansen and Micek. Wilgocki had 14 set assists and Micek led in digs with 14. Johansen had an ace serve for Osceola, which got nine points on 14-14 serving from Wilgocki.
