Tanner Bottorf’s face reads half “This is great!” and half “Yikes, here comes the fence!” during Sunday afternoon’s Mutton Bustin’ at the fair. More than 50 kids and many of their parents had a  great time Sunday afternoon in the York County Fair’s final event.
