Whole pot of JMS gold goes to double winner

 Kevin Swindell double-dipped and then some Tuesday and Wednesday at Junction Motor Speedway in his POWRi Midget machine. The 19-year-old son of World of Outlaws champion Sammy Swindell took the A-features both nights in his Toyota powered No. 75, pocketing a combined $8,000 for his trouble.
Billy Boat, 16, was second in the No. 30. Boat is the son of Indianapolis 500 veteran Billy Boat. Davey Ray, Brad Kuhn and Dave Darland rounded out the top five.
Junction Motor Speedway’s NASCAR Modifieds joined the midgets on the track again Wednesday with Sutton’s Jason Friesen driving to victory. Second through fifth were occupied by Dave Hardesty, Matt Richards, Brett Behrends and Andy Wilkinson.
Tonight and Saturday the King of the Hill Late Model Shootout comes to JMS. Two strong Midwest Late Model series will be joined by five of JMS’s regular classes.
