Logan Langner

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Logan Joseph Langner on June 15, 2019 at 9:15 p.m.

Logan, 27, of Lincoln, is fondly remembered by his wife, Tiffany Langner; her mother, Deb Scheideler; her step-dad, Steve Scheideler and is predeceased by Tiffany’s father, Mark Jurgens. He is forever remembered by his parents, David and Lesley Langner; his siblings, Maggie, Jack and Carley Langner; his niece, Thaya Lee Langner; his grandparents, Larry and Beverly Langner and Jan Taylor. He is predeceased by his grandfather Les Taylor.

Logan, born on Oct. 18, 1991, was a 2010 York High School graduate, and studied computer-aided drafting at Southeast Community College and worked as an Assistant Technician at Olsson Associates in Lincoln. Logan enjoyed filling the days of his life with music, traveling, riding his Harley, and watching his favorite teams: the Atlanta Falcons, Colorado Avalanche, and New York Yankees in a measure of sport activities.

Logan was a very giving person in life and continued giving even after death with the donations of his organs. He loved seeing new places, following his favorite musician Bassnecter, spending time with his loved ones and most cherished friends, golfing, and tending to his home life with his beloved wife and their cat Lucy. He lived every day like it may be his last, having a full abundance of a life at only a young age.

There will be a gathering of family and friends at Metz Mortuary in York on Thursday, June 20, 2019 from 6-8 p.m. A service to celebrate his life will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, June 21, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, York. Cremation. Memorial donations may be made to Logan’s memorial on gofundme.com. Condolences may be left for his family at www.metzmortuary.com. Metz Mortuary, York is handling arrangements.
