PALMYRA – Sarah Elizabeth Norquest and Tyler Richard Arens were united in marriage on November 2, 2018 at Glacial Till Vineyard & Winery in Palmyra. The wedding was officiated by Pastor Michelle Oetken.
The bride is the daughter of Kent and JoAnn Norquest of York and the granddaughter of Margery Norquest and the late Delbert Norquest and George and Jeanene Vosicky.
Sarah is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Interior Architecture. She is employed by the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City as an Interior Designer. Sarah was an AKSARBEN Heartland Princess in 2011.
The groom is the son of Larry and Anne Arens of Norfolk and the grandson of the late Lucille and Julius Arens and the late Katherine and Richard Wintz.
Tyler is a graduate of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a degree in Biology and received his Doctorate in Optometry from the University of Indiana. He is employed by private practice, Weston Eyecare, LLC.
Honor attendants for Sarah were her sister Michele (Norquest) Brunsman of Tulsa, Okla., Rozy Dibbern, Kelsey Bonwell, Lucy Fitzpatrick, Cassie (Hoblyn) Bohlke and Taylor Lee.
The flower girl was McKenzie Arens (honorary).
Honor attendants for Tyler were Jordan Arens of Omaha, Dillion Arens, Tyler Throener, Keaton Knake, Dan Greathouse, Noah Wahl and Adam Urbanski.
Ring bearers were Sam Arens and Jackson Arens (honorary).
The reception was held at the Glacial Till Vineyard & Winery with music provided by the Diamond Empire Band.
The couple spent time in Park City, Utah following the wedding and are planning a honeymoon later this fall in Europe.
They are currently at home in Kansas City, Mo. with their French Bulldog Carl.
