YORK — Anna King of Bradshaw and Travis Jensen of Henderson exchanged marriage vows in a 1:30 ceremony, Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Msgr. James Reinert officiated the ceremony and Fr. Craig Doty, Fr. Ben Holdren, Fr. Mike McDermott, Fr. Mel Rempe and Fr. Leo Seiker concelebrated.

Parents of the couple are Terry and Elizabeth King of Bradshaw, Katherine Jensen of Sun City, Ariz. and Steve and Vicki Jensen of Bradshaw.

Honored guests were Travis’ grandparents, Gus and Janet Jensen and Verle and Peggy Stahr.

Rachel King of Bradshaw was her sister’s maid of honor. Attending as bridesmaids were Risa Jensen of Lincoln and Laura Cammack of Lincoln. Serving as best man for his brother was Aaron Jensen of Henderson.  Groomsmen were Jeremy Jensen of Omaha and Garrett Kliewer of New York City, N.Y.

Ushering the guests were Brenan Erb, Jared Erb and Kirk Smith. Guest book attendants were Steve and Kerri Kliewer. Bailey Monnier was the bride’s personal attendant. Flower attendant was Rachelle Allen. Photographer was Jaylen Peters. Programs were handed out by Jennifer Rother and Rachelle Allen.

Prior to mass, a rosary was led by Anne Driewer. Mass servers were Abraham Driewer, Issac Driewer, Tom Erwin and Ryan Kopsa. Lector was Nick Cammack. Gift bearers were Sara and Michael Brune.

Providing the music for the ceremony were Cindy Switzer and Rachel Chavanu, singers; Cindy Brosman, violinist and Chris Chavanu on the grand piano and vocals.  

A reception was held at Cornerstone Ag and Event Center hosted by Kent and Toni Allen, Paul and Diane Brune and Jim and Jean Monnier. Prior to the catered meal, the guests enjoyed music provided by the ‘Leo Lonnie Orchestra’. After dinner, ‘Free Beer and Chicken’ played. The bride’s father, Terry, plays guitar and sings for the group.  “Big” Al Weekley was the Master of Ceremonies.

Lynn Folts, wedding planner, orchestrated the “winter forest” theme along with Sue Leif, florist.  

Attending the gift table were Judy Johnson, Norma Mahrt and Buzz Welch. Cake servers were Laurie Barnes, Holly Dravitzki, Sara Erwin, Maggie Kopsa and Jo Stahr.  Bartenders were Jordon Dravitzki, Paul Dravitzki, Mike Smith and Tim Yax.

Following a honeymoon to Holland, Germany and a ski trip to Brekenridge, Colo. the couple will reside in Lincoln where they are both students at the University of Nebraska.
