HeadKnowles started as a small Facebook group of people wanting to help disaster victims. It has since evolved into a substantial volunteer organization that has raised millions of dollars for various disaster relief efforts.

Its current Hurricane Dorian relief fundraiser has collected almost $900,000 toward its $10 million goal as of Friday morning. The group's volunteers have already begun distributing water in Abaco, Bimini and Grand Bahama.
