The York Cornerstone Juniors baseball team dropped to 11-8 this season after going 0-3 in the Tom McMahon tournament in Central City this past weekend.

CENTRAL CITY – The York Cornerstone Juniors baseball team lost all three of its games at the Tom McMahon tournament in Central City this past weekend.

York fell 7-0 to host Central City and then dropped a 7-4 decision to Palmer-Wolbach-Greeley in its second contest on Saturday. In Sunday’s lone matchup, York lost 8-7 to David City in a walk-off.

The Juniors are 11-8 this season and are off until Sunday, July 7 when they travel to Davenport for a game with Bruning-Davenport/Shickley at 4 p.m.

The York Cornerstone Seniors will host Geneva on Sunday, July 14 at 1 p.m. at Levitt Stadium in York.
